Naseem Khan

BSc Economics, PGCE from the Institute of Education (UCL), MA in Educational Leadership

Naseem gained his PGCE from the Institute of Education (UCL) in 2003, after having completed a BSc (Hons) in Economics from City University. In between the two qualifications Naseem worked as a consultant in London before returning to his studies at the University of Madinah to read the Arabic Language Diploma.

Naseem has held teaching and secondary headship posts in the UK as well as leadership roles internationally. He has been an advisor for UAE based public schools and carried out school evaluations for the Ministry of Education as lead inspector.

Alongside his teaching and leadership roles Naseem has been engaged with educational research and development for a number of years and regularly delivers teacher training and school improvement programmes and workshops.

He has a MA in Educational Leadership and Management from the University of Bath and a post graduate award in Islamic Studies from Warwick. Naseem is currently heading an Islamic supplementary school in Birmingham.
